P4G Summit 2025 – A Landmark International Event Hosted by Vietnam for the First Time

From April 14 to 17, 2025, the P4G Summit 2025 was held in Hanoi – marking the first high-level multilateral event on green growth and sustainable development ever hosted by Vietnam. With the theme “Sustainable Green Transformation, Centered on People,” the summit welcomed more than 1,000 international delegates, including leaders of P4G member countries, representatives of international organizations, global enterprises, and top investment funds in the environmental and green development sectors.

ReFeed – Recycling Used Cooking Oil for a Greener Planet

At the Global Innovation Showcase, ReFeed was honored to be one of the selected standout representatives from Korea. The company introduced a pioneering model that transforms used cooking oil into bio-based fuel for the aviation industry – a highly promising solution that not only reduces greenhouse gas emissions but also opens new pathways for developing clean energy sources in the future.

This model is actively contributing to Vietnam’s commitment to achieving Net Zero emissions by 2050 – a bold and responsible environmental pledge on the global stage.

In addition, ReFeed also presented its intelligent used oil collection system, integrated with modern digital technologies, offering key features such as:

  • Transparent traceability throughout the entire waste processing cycle

  • ESG reporting capabilities to support impact assessment and monitoring

  • Flexible scalability for deployment in residential areas, schools, restaurants, and industrial zones

A Highlight in the Green Innovation Showcase

ReFeed’s exhibition space attracted great interest from international delegates and industry partners. Many organizations and experts praised ReFeed’s advanced technological application in managing kitchen waste – a seemingly small issue with significant implications for urban environments and public health.

Notably, ReFeed’s presence received direct attention from high-level leaders:

  • H.E. Mr. Cho Taeyul – Minister of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Korea

  • Mr. Ani Dasgupta – President and CEO of the World Resources Institute (WRI)

Both leaders visited ReFeed’s showcase and engaged in conversations with its partners in the P4G network. Though brief, these insightful exchanges opened up numerous opportunities for international collaboration, particularly in expanding the recycling model to other Asian countries where sustainable environmental solutions are urgently needed.

Joining Hands to Build a Circular Ecosystem

ReFeed’s presence at P4G Summit 2025 stands as a clear testament to the capacity of enterprises to generate sustainable, pioneering, and globally impactful values. With a spirit of constant innovation, ReFeed remains committed to expanding its oil collection system and deploying smart recycling equipment in residential areas, schools, and restaurants. The company will continue integrating AI and digital platforms to ensure transparent and efficient monitoring, while strengthening collaboration with local authorities, businesses, and communities to foster a greener lifestyle and build a robust circular ecosystem for the future.

A Launchpad for Long-Term Progress

For ReFeed, P4G Summit 2025 was not only a platform to showcase innovation, but also a space for connection, learning, and inspiration.
We believe that Vietnam and South Korea can become a model for recycling and green growth in Southeast Asia.
Every small action today – like saving used cooking oil – can contribute to a cleaner energy system and a greener future for our planet.
